Sesame Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken pieces, or cutlets, or tenders--enough for 8-12 people
- 1/2 C. (125 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 C. (125 ml) white wine
- 1/2 C. (125 ml) soy sauce
- 1-2 T. grated fresh ginger (or 1 tsp. powdered ginger)
- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 T. sesame seeds
Marinade:
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate chicken 4-8 hours (or overnight for more flavor) in the fridge.
- Grill over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. cutlets, basting occasionally.
